Beautiful, durable and maintenance free.  The only roof you’ll ever need.  We or our suppliers, warranty all of our metal products against defects and paint fade.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

Our Limited Warranty is set out below.  Havelock Metal aims for 100% satisfaction on all of the products we manufacture.  We take great pride in our workmanship, so if it wasn’t made to the specifications you provided, we will make it right!

This Limited Warranty applies to products that Havelock Metal Co. manufactures directly and covers any manufacturer’s defects under normal use during our Warranty Period.  The Warranty Period for purchased manufactured products from Havelock Metal Co. is 90 days from the date of purchase.

During the Warranty Period, Havelock Metal Co. will replace at no charge, product that proves defective or contrary to the specifications confirmed on your sales order.

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems that are caused by:  pre-existing conditions, equipment malfunctions, improper installation or damage unrelated to manufacturer’s defects.

PRE-PAINTED STEEL COATINGS WARRANTY

The paint coatings on the steel used to manufacture our profiles are the best in the industry and are covered by the warranties of our paint suppliers.  They vary slightly depending on the specific profile, but typically cover a 40 year limited warranty.  Further details about coating warranty specifications can be found on our Resources page.
